"David explained in detail what was wrong with my new home’s a/c unit. Apparently the builder had a pipe angled the wrong way and water was unable to escape properly. He also showed me the cover of the unit that was stained with matter akin to mold. After he corrected the angle of the pipe and cleaned the outside unit, everything is working fine."
